Triage is a highly interactive survey/assessment/training platform. This platform is designed to engage users in a uniquely experiential way that closely replicates an actual conversation. The platform can be used as a lead-generation tool, knowledge-based consultation service, training portal and assessment tool. Triage is currently deployed in our KnowYourNumbers cardiac risk assessment tool, an online consultation service, a virtual service advisor and as an interactive training solution.
Using the Triage platform, we developed a custom online training portal for NCAA. The system allows NCAA to create unique “learning paths” for each trainee, as well as custom tracking and reporting for managers to evaluate progress and comprehension in real-time.
Current clients include Henry Ford Health System, Tenet Healthcare and NCAA.
Our Triage platform was a 2010 Mira Finalist in the New Media Excellence and Innovation category.
